Greetings my name is Coach Drew Bell and I am the mens varsity basketball coach at South Hills High School in Fort Worth, Texas.  I have been in education and coaching for 11 years, spending the first nine years of my career coaching in the Houston area.  I have many insights about coaching and want to share my journey, experience, and hopefully help someone else learn how to enter the career of coaching and improve their leadership skills. My goal for this site to exchange ideas with other coaches, business leaders, community leaders and organizers, while also promoting these same people to share their stories and journeys to success.  This is not just a site for coaches but anybody who is interested in leadership positions, becoming a leader, or with leadership experience to share .
